I usually don’t advocate fad diets, but I’m using the 3-day military diet as a starting point so that I can get back on track. I’m going to modify the plan to get closer to the calories that my body needs and it will be a good kickstart so I’ll be start my own plan coming from one with lots of protein, fruits and veggies (and a little ice cream).
Day 1 - Breakfast
1 cup coffee or tea
1 slice toast
2 tbsp peanut butter*
1/2 grapefruit or 1 orange
*Didn’t use the whole 2 tbsp so I’ll probably make some PB crackers for a snack later
